I called the center and reported the problem of the mattress. The guy on the phone told me to bring the mattress to the store and they would replace it.

I it it to the store the same day and no no would admit that they told me that and the manager would not take it and the mattress was and still in it's orginal plastic under a year, but springs are poking when you sleep on it. The manage took pictures and told me he will get back, (there's nothing to see in the pictures, and I informed him of that, you have to lay on it) that was three 3 -4 months ago and I'm still waiting.

This is poor customer service and I have spent way too much time and money in your stores for this type of treatment. What I'm asking for is simple, a new "Mattress".

No, the issue is still here. I going to call the store today, and see who I talk to and go there and talk to the general manager. This is not good public relations and I'm not going quietly.
