Bought furniture that is broke

Customer service was terrible and my couch was broken and dresser was scratched up also I bought a stove then you turned around and sold the stove to someone else later that day and gave me a stove that barely worked I called and the lady told me oh well nothing they can do about it because they closed for good I said so where is my money at? She said you cant get your money back so basically Im stuck with all the stuff that is ruined.

I got no money back or compensation

Took 3 days off work. My furniture got delivered 3 days late and when it was delivered they kept putting it on ground when it was wet after raining all day.

Horrible.

No return on delivery fee or a we can knock money off next purchase or we can throw in a rug for free nothing. Me missing 3 days pay and they cared none

Im still waiting for my property that was paid for I was giving the wrong piece I paid for a u haul on my own to and from store now Im being told I need to get another vehicle to get the correct price which wasnt my mistake. They offered no compensation no sense of urgency no form of sympathy.

I will never ever in my life recommend or shop here again and I will for sure blast on social media with the following I have Im sure it will be out there. The nonchalant behavior is very demeaning.

I now have to find my own ride again after spending all the money to get my furniture on Sunday!!! This isnt ok.

I bought a couch, love seat, and recliner set from American Freight in Battle Creek, Michigan for $2500. The first love seat was damaged to the point where it wouldn't recline and the stitching was coming apart.

They refused to come get it and made me pay someone to have it hauled back and unload it myself. The replacement couch also was damaged near the stitching.

I am really unimpressed and won't be giving them any more of my business. I suggest you don't either due to their very poor customer service.
