Your company first delivered a damaged bed with no mattress. Then they delivered a new bed wrong size mattress.
As I am requesting the correct mattress the sales associate says I must pay an extra delivery fee for the mistakes of your company. This is the third time that I have having an issue with your company for the same order that was placed on March 13th. The stress of this situation has caused my mother to be hospitalized. I informed the sales associate and the store managers that this stress will cause my mother to be ill and she is.
I am extremely disappointed with this company. My mother paid $600 to receive what she thought was new furniture and good customer service.
As of yet she has not received either. There is no reason that we should have to pay another delivery fee for the mistakes of your company.
