I have over $600 in a layaway that no longer exist and despite me having a valid receipt, they're refusing to refund or give me store credit. Customer service is no help whatsoever because they only deal with orders from 2025.
Mind you, I've been a valid/ returning customer since 2014/2015. This is insane

Hard to get someone on the phone and when you do get them on the phone, they dont speak English. And its hard to find that Im on the website. I had called several times.
I purchased a bed and a recliner the recliner had a five year warranty on it the right side came a lose they send someone to repair it only for to losen up again this took place 4 to 5 mouths

I purchased a bed and a recliner i also took out a warranty 5 years.On the recliner the right side of the recliner, came a loose.They sent someone to tighten it back up. Since then the recliner has shifted to one side i tried to contact them, but had no results in contacting them about the warranty.
Are repairing our replacing the recliner?
So my advice would be not to purchase a recliner or get warranty on the furniture because you cannot contact anyone direct me. To get your money back or to have someone to come out and replace the recliner, i was transferred to 12 different numbers and never received a call back from anyone.
My advice would be not to put a warranty on it and not to purchase some of the furniture.
I was really disappointed in them as a business. I would not purchase Anything from them ever?

I came into a local store here in Augusta, GA on 3/26/2025, made a purchase for an item, and only half the sectional was available. So I waited until 4/15/2025 and still have yet to receive any furniture, so I asked for a refund!
I have not received my refund as of 5/13/2025, and the said refund was supposedly mailed on 4/17/2025. This is ridiculous, and I will be pursuing a civil suit.

Because we just keep replacing every single piece and it’s a 3 piece. We haven’t got the replacement yet going on 3 months

Purchased the furniture got a five year warranty they have placed the chair wants the loveseat is broken now and need replacing altogether the big couch they had to replace parts on it. Also with that being said I would like to exchange the furniture for something else and pay the difference if its more than what the price of the furniture is, they have not replaced my love seat and its been over three months

- - An assessor said replacement was needed, but the insurer couldn't do it; I was sent to American Freight, store closed, check promised.
I had insurance on my furniture they sent somebody out to look at it. The man said that my material would need to be replaced, but unfortunately the insurance people werent able to do that so they sent me back to American freight and then the store was closed so they said they would send me a check out its supposed to be 7 to 10 days.
I got something in my email on the 27th but I talk to him before that here it is now suddenly wanna call customer care every button that you hit like for refunds or anything.
It says the numbers are no longer in service when you press for each Department. The only number thats working is the main number that answers it so no its so funny that its really hard to get a hold of somebody at corporate or the actual customer service I wonder
User's recommendation: I guess watch who you deal with because obviously when they decide to go bankrupt, they tried to avoid you or I don’t know if they’ve even sent the check out or if they said they were gonna do one thing but did something else we’ll have to wait and see, but it’s really not cool that all this happened back in November and here it is January February actually
