American Freight Furniture - Paid freight not ready, or in store
I have been a customer of American Freight since 2009, i just paid off merchandise after an almost two year layaway of a bedroom set all to find out, that the bed is in the store, but the dresser is not. Now i have to wait three additional weeks on them to order it. I have to call that store in Morrow, GA to see if that item had even been ordered. This is extremely exasperating, and should be deemed as unacceptable. Im hoping, as i am sure that this IS NOT, American Freights standards. Then an employee conveyed to me, that the delivery has since augmented from $75 to $110. Is there a way, that my delivery fee could posdibly be waived due to this infraction, and the dis'service exhited to the consumer, as compensation? Keith Davis

American Freight Furniture in Muncie, Indiana - Bogus service
We have been trying to get out furniture replaced through guardian for the last 6 months and your store in muncie Indiana has done nothing but gave us the run around on how to get our furniture replaced....we tried to file on the guardian website but they cant find our plan number in the system and when we tell your manager Simon at the muncie store he acts like he dont know what we are talking about. We take care of our furniture and when we sit in it and it just gives out like this we are not happy at all with any of the services.
The couch that came with the set we purchased has had problems with the reclining mechanism. I submitted a warranty claim on Nov 27th, and was assured that the claim would be handled within a month's time. I checked periodically with AF for the status of the claim, and...

I contacted the American Freight in Albuquerque 3 times about the warranty on my bed frame purchased in August and I have still yet to hear from them. I speak to Kyle every time and he’s not helpful whatsoever and is very rude!

Do you think you will be getting the product back or perhaps there is one in the warehouse. I am mad at myself for not getting it before but I am now living in Florida but moving to Lansing Mi. In May. I found someone to except my orders. Thank you for any information you can give.
