No refund
I came into a local store here in Augusta, GA on 3/26/2025, made a purchase for an item, and only half the sectional was available. So I waited until 4/15/2025 and still have yet to receive any furniture, so I asked for a refund!
I have not received my refund as of 5/13/2025, and the said refund was supposedly mailed on 4/17/2025. This is ridiculous, and I will be pursuing a civil suit.

Bankruptcy
I have over $600 in a layaway that no longer exist and despite me having a valid receipt, they're refusing to refund or give me store credit. Customer service is no help whatsoever because they only deal with orders from 2025.
Mind you, I've been a valid/ returning customer since 2014/2015. This is insane

Someone killed us at work and money was the object moving
I don't know how Sears forced me out of my man's house, but I was only working for him for ten years before you all came to harm me. I need my paycheck stub from my previous employer.
You all messed with my head, I see you all every day. I don't know if you all are animals or not. Let me find my own place. It was the one at Cumberland Mall where I was harmfully affected, so students, beware of gorillas out there.
They harm people there. I didn't work for that company.

Double charged instead of getting refund
Nothing. No resolution has been made.
I will file a complaint with the BBB if not resolved today.
I keep getting the run around from local store and they continue to blow me off and treat this issue as though it's no big deal. And here we are over 2 weeks out and still have not gotten a refund or any answers.

Because we just keep replacing every single piece and it’s a 3 piece. We haven’t got the replacement yet going on 3 months
Purchased the furniture got a five year warranty they have placed the chair wants the loveseat is broken now and need replacing altogether the big couch they had to replace parts on it. Also with that being said I would like to exchange the furniture for something else and pay the difference if its more than what the price of the furniture is, they have not replaced my love seat and its been over three months

Double charged for an item that was supposed to be refunded. Keep getting the run around from employees at our local store and here we are 14 days out and still no answers and no resolution. Will file a complaint with BBB if not resolved today

My refund check where is it at
I had insurance on my furniture they sent somebody out to look at it. The man said that my material would need to be replaced, but unfortunately the insurance people werent able to do that so they sent me back to American freight and then the store was closed so they said they would send me a check out its supposed to be 7 to 10 days.
I got something in my email on the 27th but I talk to him before that here it is now suddenly wanna call customer care every button that you hit like for refunds or anything.
It says the numbers are no longer in service when you press for each Department. The only number thats working is the main number that answers it so no its so funny that its really hard to get a hold of somebody at corporate or the actual customer service I wonder

Trash company with trash customer service
I bought couches for $2200.00; six months later, the frame has snapped and nobody can help. I've spent hours trying to get assistance and they say it's not their problem. Do not buy furniture from this company.

They lie and cheat their way through everything
Company doesn't honer their return policy. Garbage furniture for ridiculous prices.
had an issue and needed to return furniture. It was a *** show. Headquarters is just as much as a joke. No help and now we're stuck with *** furniture because they're closed now.
It went on for 2 months and kept getting the run around. Thery needed to close all stores !!! Worthless P.O.S.
I would throw the furniture through their windows but it's already payed for and they aren't in business anymore. Very Very angry about this!!!

CORPORATE COMPLAINT.- FRAUD
I have not been helped at all by American Freight customer service. I have not been contacted at all
I started receiving notifications on the fridge, so I contacted the manufacturer as advised. They sent someone out to my residence to repair the fridge. Upon doing the repair, they advised that the fridge would have a 5-year seal warranty. However, someone had done work on the fridge which voided the warranty.
I have a video of what the repair technician saw and said.
They advised that I purchased this fridge less than 1 year ago. I need the fridge replaced with one that has not been worked on, or refunded my purchase price of the fridge.

- Its incredibly hard to talk to a natural person to get help
