I was inconveinced for two days and I had to call a manager from headquarters to handle the situation. It has been resolved.

yes I could do with that number too....staff member forged my signature on finance contract for goods that I paid for in full....and nobody cares! got it cancelled but don't want this to happen to anyone else!

What was the general manager you contacted name.I need it.

I reside in Oklahoma city and I'm still waiting on my furniture that was to be delivered almost 3 hours ago.

Please let me know ASAP..I am going to contact my attorney.This is the worst experience I have ever had...poor customer services

They use a third party for delivery. Google: american freight headquarters phone number and you'll get a customer service line (which tapped me into this and recorded my call) and it was a manager who took my call.
