WORST service ever.I bought a leather sectional in July, paid in full.

Still waiting on it. Was never told it was not in the actual store. Every time I call, I am told a different date. They keep pushing it out.

I am frustrated and ticked off to no end. I explained if the sectional was not here on the 1st, I will be in for a full refund and the guy told me he couldn't give me a refund. I WILL get my refund or I will get a lawyer.

This is bs the way they run their business.Never will I buy so much as a lamp from these people and I will not recommend them to anyone

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Their website says that if delivery is not made within 4 weeks, then you are entitled to a full refund.

We are having the same issue. We called today and told them to either deliver the furniture, deliver a refund, or we will be contacting a lawyer as well as the news.

I think if we get enough of us together, we can file a civil suit against them.
